چکیده
AIM OF STUDY Was to compare the dynamics of engraftment skin micrographs in a burn wound when using protectors from an allodermal graft and hydrogel coating. MATERIAL AND METHODS The experimental study was conducted on 18 rats with scab formed 3 days after modeling deep area 20% body surface. Partial fascial necrectomy performed: two rounded sections sling diameter 25 mm were excised. 6 automicrographs 4x4 mm, 0.3 thick, applied each surface freed scab. In animal, one wounds covered protector, other allodermotransplant another animal group. A secondary aseptic dressing protectors. On 5th 20th operation, state studied: blood circulation — according laser Doppler flowmetry, microstructure vivo optical coherence tomography, ex histological examination biopsies. ReSUlTS Differences rate restoration early stages postoperative period found. first 5 days, perfusion under protector exceeded indicator coating by 44 [21; 51] % (p=0.031) due contribution endothelial neurogenic mechanisms flow modulation. Starting day 10, differences levelled, but there signs more active regulation (p=0.028). Histologically, appearance full-blooded capillaries revealed earlier alloderm than protector. By 20 condition regular change coatings, healing studied coatings did not significantly differ. However, structure integumentary tissue tomography data closer normal CONClUSIONS From point view physiology process, is preferred option autograft comparison coating, which probably paracrine biological activity alloderm. can provide comparable level efficiency, provided they are regularly changed and, potentially, given properties cytokine activity.

متن کاملGelam (Melaleuca spp.) Honey-Based Hydrogel as Burn Wound Dressing
A novel cross-linked honey hydrogel dressing was developed by incorporating Malaysian honey into hydrogel dressing formulation, cross-linked and sterilized using electron beam irradiation (25 kGy). In this study, the physical properties of the prepared honey hydrogel and its wound healing efficacy on deep partial thickness burn wounds in rats were assessed. Skin samples were taken at 7, 14, 21,...
متن کاملBurn wound cleansing - a myth or a scientific practice.
Burn wound cleansing is an integral step in every wound management protocol. Yet a lot of this practice is based on myth rather than real scientific basis. The literature is poor in scientific papers comparing the outcome of patients who underwent wound cleansing to those who did not. A survey form was designed by the Mediterranean Council for Burns and Fire Disasters - MBC and sent by e-mail t...

UNLABELLED Introduction. The staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome is an acute exfoliation of the skin caused by exfoliative toxins A and B. Although Staphylococcus aureus is a common cause of burn wound infection, SSSS following burn wound infection is rare. Method. A retrospective review of all SSSS cases admitted to a regional burns service between January 2008 and January 2012 was undertaken...
